“Learn How to Manifest with Heart” written by Bren Koger.
I’ve been practicing law of attraction for years. It’s given me the ability to manifest some pretty incredible things into my life: great relationships, money, jobs, just to name a few. It’s a lifelong practice and it seems I am still learning more about how the law of attraction principals work.
For instance, we recently attended an event called “Conscious Living in a Time of Extremes” by Gregg Braden held in Sedona where he taught us a manifestation exercise that has been used by ancient cultures from the beginning of time.

How to Manifest with Heart
For those of you that are not familiar with Law of Attraction and how to manifest, here are the steps:
Step 1 – How to Manifest
The First step is to decide what you want- and make it clear. Write it down, (writing it down is an important step) or create a dream board.
If you’re having trouble knowing what it is that you want, then think about what you don’t want first and go from there.
Always, when you know what you don’t want, that’s when the rocket of desire is born of what you do want. That is the fruit of your experience. Now pluck it and savor it and enjoy it. Visualize it, and find the feeling place of it. And live happily ever after, once you get the hang of this. -Abraham
Sometimes this can be trickier than it seems. You might have subconscious limiting beliefs that you’re not aware of,
Say, for instance, you want to have a $50,000 in your bank account to get out of debt or take an amazing vacation.
This seems pretty straight forward, but if subconsciously you don’t believe you deserve it or that it isn’t possible for you, you won’t take the necessary action steps to make it happen.
If you feel you might have some subconscious limiting beliefs try this mindset exercise to release them.
Step 2 – How to Manifest
The next step is what we learned at the Sedona event. It’s called heart-brain coherence.
When manifesting your desires it’s important to be in a space of heart-brain coherence which involves being aware of your heart space, breathing into it and then thinking of things that make you feel appreciation and gratitude for the things you already have.
Or you can just imagine a time when you feel the most care and compassion for someone or something. Imagining a loved one and your arms around them. These are all ways to get into your heart space. Check out this blog post for more information and tools to get into heart-brain coherence.
Step 3 – How to Manifest
Next you have to feel what it would be like having that thing that you want in your life. This involves feeling like it’s already done. See, taste, touch and feel it. If you are wanting a new house, then see the beautiful woodwork, feel the coolness of the granite counter tops. hear the waves crashing on the shore….
The more vividly you can see, feel, hear, taste and touch it, the more likely it will show up in your life. This is something that has been known in ancient times and indigenous cultures, we are just now coming back to realizing the importance of this.
Gregg Braden tells a story from the book, The Isaiah Effect, about a native American man who prayed rain during a drought in. He didn’t pray for rain but “Prayed rain” He saw heard and felt what it would be like to have the rain pouring down the side of his adobe house and the smell of the earth after it rains.
Another tip is when you are feeling the feelings of having what you want. Ask yourself how you would feel after you have what you want.
For example, if you want a certain amount in your bank account think about what you would do then. Would you want to start a charitable foundation or start planning a trip with your family? If so start doing those things now.
Step 4 – How to Manifest
You need to Take Massive inspired Action
This is the step that can trip a lot of people up. An opportunity will present itself and it might involve stretching yourself either with your ego or financially. You might have to spend more than you’re comfortable with or put yourself out there and be vulnerable.
Step 5 – How to Manifest
“Being infinitely patient means having an absolute knowing that you’re in vibrational harmony with the all-creating force that intended you here. You know that everything will happen at just the right time, at just the right place, with just the right people.” ~Wayne Dyer
There is a gap of time before everything you want will manifest into reality. We wouldn’t want it any other way. There are things we think about that we wouldn’t want to have happen, so until we can all become masters of our thoughts, the gap of time is for our own good. Trust the process. All of the things you continually dwell on are coming your way.
Continue to dwell on what you want. Some days are easier than others
It is highly beneficial that you do an exercise every night, and turn it into a habit. Start with heart-brain coherence and go from there. Get into the ability to feel and taste and touch what you’re wanting as much as possible. This should only take about 5 minutes. Get clear by rewriting your story exactly how you wanted to see it. Now record it with emotional intensity. Put some music in the background now listen to this morning and night.
Final Words on How to Manifest With Your Heart
Manifesting with your heart is powerful. By doing a short meditation, you can synchronize your heart’s beat with your brain. This puts you in a heart-brain coherence necessary to manifest your dreams.
If you learn how to manifest like this and practice it for a year, you will transform your life.
