They will tell everyone: friends, neighbors, family, uplines, and basically whomever will listen about how they are stuck where they are.
They will share all the reasons why their present job uses up all their time, their spouse doesn’t support them, how they have poor health, how they don’t have a particular skill, how they simply don’t have the finances to start… They will do EVERYTHING in their verbal power to convince everyone who will listen that they cannot possible succeed.
And you know what? That’s exactly why they WON’T succeed.

Here are some steps to help you:
Steps to Mental Toughness
1. Don’t wait for acceptance or approval. When Bren and I started on our road to entrepreneurship we didn’t wait for approval from friends or family. We didn’t have a big support structure. We just went and did it anyway. Just start moving towards your dream without that acceptance or approval.
2. Don’t be afraid to change your friends. In one of his audios, I heard Tony Robbins say “sleep with dogs and expect to get flees.” It sounds brutally unfiltered, but it’s true. If you hang out with people who are not striving to succeed then it will literally hold you back. Be mindful of who you invite into your life.
3. Don’t be hung up on the outcome. Did someone just tell you no? Who cares!?! Move on to the next person. When I did vacuum sales for my first summer job I was taught that you had to get nine no’s to get to the yes. Just move on to the next person. If something isn’t working the way you expect, then change what you are doing. The key is not to dwell on what happened and just keep moving forward.
Trust me, you have what it takes to succeed. The fact that you are reading this article tells me that you are MEANT to create a successful life. Really, think about it for a second..of all the blogs out there, you ran across this one. You’re meant build that successful life. Now go get it!
