The Enemy of Being Blissfully Happy – Sometimes it’s Your Own Thoughts
People who view themselves as failures are just stuck in a negative scene from a past failure. It doesn’t exist anymore. Bad Memories hurt only if you let them.
Ask anyone who is blissfully happy if regret has any place in their lives, and they’ll tell you no. That’s because regret is the antithesis of happiness; literally, Its dictionary definition is to feel sad about something that happened in the past.
Today is a new day with a new perspective. You learned something from the past experience and you will not repeat the exact same steps as the last time. Every experience is a brand new experience. Don’t create negative pictures in your head of the outcome based on a past experience.
The belief you are a failure from a past memory is a vicious cycle which saps confidence, energy and creativity. It brings about fear and discourages us from trying again.
Failure Is On the Path To Being Blissfully Happy
Failure is a part of life for everyone! Stumbling from time to time does not make you a failure! People who view themselves as failures are just stuck in a negative scene.
- Forgive yourself and others
- Fake it until you make it!
- Every morning wake up and greet the world enthusiastically.
- Focus on the best possible outcome. See it in every situation.
- Put on an act until it becomes who you are.
- Take small action steps daily
- Smile even if you don’t feel like it.
- Act is if and soon you won’t be acting anymore!
Opportunities to Be Blissfully Happy
The future only holds endless opportunities to create more fulfilling memories. You are the creator of your own reality. Getting stuck in the past with your memories is like going back in time but not being able to participate in it. The beauty of the future is that it’s full of endless opportunity.
So every moment spent thinking that you will always be hurt by these bad memories is a moment wasted!
It’s never too late to change your thoughts.
It’s never too late to be blissfully happy.
